If you sign up for those internet surveys which says you can have $20 from taking a 10 minute online survey, will you accually get money, or will it just spam your email/mailbox?

Most are actually hoax, but some apparently is pretty legitimate. The most popular one recently is Cashcrate.
Cashcrate provides a list of free online surveys where you can participate. Most surveys pays around $0.25 -$1.00, and some pays higher especially if you live in the states. Each surveys takes roughly 5-10 minutes to complete (so no you cant earn $20 from 10minute survey). yes there are scams and this is why I am here to put an end to all that scam nonsense. you can make money it just depends on how many things you qualify for and how much time you have available to take these surveys. They are not all scams.Just avoid any company that wants you to pay to join. Don’t believe you will make a fortune to fill in a survey but some do pay quite well. You need to register with lots of companies to make the money add up.

No they are not scams, some are some arnt. I use about 7 paid surveys companies that are all free and ive never had a problem. Ive earnt quite a bit of money and paypal cash from doing them.
