Did this job interview go well and do you think I will get it?

Her boss interviewed me and seemed to be friends with the guy who referred me, he was very friendly and the interview generally went well. I took some tests which I passed, he asked me tell him about all my previous jobs, I spoke about each one positively but backed up my reasons for leaving with validity. I explained to him that I’m currently working a temp job at a company that’s successful at what they do but the work environment is very insecure and, well, it’s “temp”. He understood. He said they have to interview few more ppl and would call me in a week… thoughts? (one last thing below…)
One last thing worth mentioning… The guy who referred me, I immediately emailed him the day after that interview and told him all about it and thanked him for what’s happened so far, he was pleased to hear the news and said he would call them up and put in another good word for me. So I’m not sure if this helped or not.

Het enige ding is zeker over het feit dat een baan aangeboden is wanneer het officieel wordt aangeboden aan jou … ik denk dat we allemaal op een punt of een ander geloof dat we "kreeg" een baan omdat wij vinden het interview ging goed, maar oh zo de teleurstelling het werkt niet de manier waarop we het zien. Oh, ja de persoonlijke goedkeuring van iemand kan gaan langs manier als de verwijzing bron wordt vertrouwd en beschouwd … maar met al dat haar niet officieel tot zijn officiële … dus hou je opties open en geen hoop brengen in een mand. .. je blijkbaar met succes een netwerk met iemand, dus houd die relatie intact, als je dit niet degene die hij / zij nog altijd kan worden een levensvatbare bron voor jou … na al een hoop opportunties krijgen worden gegeven omdat iemand gaf een " duimen "up. Best of luck to you! Oh, by the way, waarom heb je de baan bij het andere bedrijf … gewoon een gedachte.
