How do I plan out a relocation when I have different cities in mind (US/Eur)? Need to move by March.need $?

be an unavoidable move from where I live come March 2010. Sparing you the
dramatics of the situation, basically I’m in need of both short-term
employment before possibly moving out of NYC in March, and
long-term/permanent employment where I intend to do fulfilling work at a
salary rnnge of $24,000 to $30,000.
I’m seeking work that contain some of these variables: administration,
clerical, data-entry, data-mining, and research. I have at least 10 years of
experience, crossing several industries; finance, telecom, insurance, and
manufacturing. I bring a sense of detail and a head for research, finding
the hidden beneath the obvious, and making patterns out of nonsense. My
skills include varied standard and proprietary software programs and a quick
typing speed.
Relocation for me is, to be frank, scary. I’ve never lived outside the
NJ/NY metro area. At all costs, I intend to stay here, tho I’m open to
living in other cities. It is necessary for me to live in a small to large
city with its own transportation, a supportive arts community, and, ideally,
affordable housing and some job growth or stability.

Vegas, Asheville/Chapel Hill, Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo, Berlin.
