I Got A Paypal Account To Make Money With Surveys. I Did A $.50 Survey And Had It Send It To My Paypal?

i had it send it to my paypal to test if it works. I did not verify with a creditcard or bank but people told me you can still send and receive money. I received the receipt via email, but my balance on paypal is still $0.00

Most of these scams… I mean ” pay to click” sites require you to cash out in certain increments such as $5 or $10.. not 50 cents.
You dont have to verify to send and get money… but you also cannot pull the money of of an ATM without doing so…
If the company used their bank account, you will wit 3-5 business days for the payment to “clear”, if it was sent at all….
It might take a few days to post to your Paypal account.
