online job without fee?

Iam in India and iam looking for an online job which i could do from home.i have tried thousands of jobs but I have found that all of them are scam.The free surveys which are available does not pay me fairly.it just ends up in doing referrals by which we can earn.if i look for data entry then they ask for a huge upfront fee.any employer wont ask a fee from an employee to join.Anyone who has found a genuine online job let me know.i dont have money to join as i have already lost lots of money in it.then just provide the list of paying programs,if we try to join one of then it again asks for the fee.its a circle and it never ends.Anyone who can get me a genuine online job,.i know about ciao,global test market and survey saavy. Please give me answers friends.thanks for your answers in advance.
